Rosa centifolia (Rose), Bacopa monnieri (Brahm)i, Acorus calamus (Calamus), Convolvulus prostratus, (Shankhapushpi), Actaea racemosa (Black Cohosh), Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Citrus limon (Lemon Peel), Terminalia chebula (Haritaki), Rosa canina (Rose Hips), Ocimum tenuiflorum (Tulsi), Syzygium aromaticum (Clove), Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari), Halite (Himalayan Pink Salt)
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and pour it over desired amount of herbs in a vessel. Then, cover and let steep for at least 10 minutes. Strain the liquid through a tea strainer or cheesecloth.
Lastly, add the herbal water directly to a warm bath and enjoy.
