Natural Wellness Starts Here.

Ethos / At East Flora Wellness, we are devoted to nurturing the natural essence of every person.

Our sanctuary invites you to align with the whispers of the earth, reconnect with your innate vitality, and embrace the wisdom of your body and spirit.

East Flora Wellness began as a heartfelt vision—a desire to foster a retreat akin to the serene hush that envelops a blossoming garden at dawn. It is a call to quiet the noise of daily life, creating sacred space for true presence and authentic connection.

Rooted in the harmonious interplay of nature and well-being, our ethos is grounded in the delicate balance of mind, body, and spirit. We believe that within this tranquil space, one finds the rich soil needed to cultivate a life of clarity, intention, and holistic well-being.

Our curated offerings are thoughtfully designed to provide nourishment, healing, and rejuvenation. Each treatment and product is an invitation to delve deeper into the self, fostering a meaningful bond with the natural world and embodying a life lived with purpose.

At East Flora Wellness, we honor the sacred rhythms of life, nurturing your journey toward harmony and wholeness.

The Apothecary

East Flora’s herbals began with a simple yearning to grow vegetables in our backyard which led us to reconnect with Mother Earth. With hands in soil and senses intoxicated by the aromas of plants, like rosemary, thyme, and lavender, in their most natural state free from the artificial chemicals found in mass-produced, we decided to lean in and develop a range of all-natural, aromatherapeutic, toxic-free, and 100% plant-based products. A perfect complement our holistic healing treatments and an avenue for encouraging self-healing through daily rituals.

Today, we steward of a small piece of land in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, and craft body products in harmony with the land. We focus on cultivating medicine plants, pollinator and wildlife habitat creation, bee-keeping and bee preservation, as well as raising and promoting native plants. Products are crafted using our garden-grown herbs or ethically sourced ingredients that are full of freshness and life. By purchasing our products you support our garden and bee-keeping program.
