Our skilled therapist addresses specific areas of concern, releasing muscle tension and easing physical and emotional blockages. This is a deeply personalized, intuitive approach to bodywork, where each session builds upon the last. Choose the length of time your body is asking for. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time, allowing time to emersion into the present moment and relaxing environment with a soothing fresh herbal tea.
