— Lucy, Reiki Level I Attendee, Summer ‘25

While these trainings focus on learning Reiki, the practice itself continues long after the weekend is over. Reiki remains an integral part of how I listen, care for clients, and approach healing work.

How Reiki Lives in My Practice

Reiki is not separate from the way I care for people.

It informs how I listen, how I pace a session, how I work with the nervous system, and how I create space for someone to soften safely.

Over the years, Reiki has become less about performance or mysticism, and more about presence, sensitivity, grounding, and trust in the body’s own intelligence.

My approach is deeply informed by restorative bodywork, craniosacral therapy, meditation, herbalism, and years of hands-on client care within healing spaces.

The trainings are designed not only to teach techniques, but to help students develop steadiness, discernment, ethics, and confidence in the way they hold space for others.

With love,
