The Reiki Training Pathway

For students who have completed Reiki Level I and are ready to move into practitioner-level work. Offered twice yearly in a hybrid format — virtual sessions plus in-person immersion.

Reiki 2 Training Spring ‘26 Hosted at East Flora Wellness

A foundational training for beginners, offered two times per year in alignment with the seasons. For those called to Reiki for self-healing, caring for loved ones, or the beginning of a professional healing path.

Reiki Level 1 Training Spring ‘26 Hosted at Kindred Cville
Tea and small pours of traditionally prepared kombucha are shared throughout the weekend, creating moments for pause, conversation, and integration.

How Reiki Lives in My Practice
Reiki is not separate from the way I care for people. It has become woven into how I listen, how I pace a session, and how I create space for someone to soften and feel safe.
Over the years, Reiki has become less about mysticism and more about presence, sensitivity, grounding, and trust in the body’s own wisdom.
My teaching is shaped by years of hands-on bodywork, craniosacral therapy, meditation, herbalism, and caring for people in healing spaces. These trainings are an invitation to not only learn Reiki, but to develop the steadiness, discernment, and trust to practice it with heart.
