Reiki Level I is a complete introduction to working with life force energy for self-healing, for caring for loved ones, or as the first step on a professional healing path. Over two days, you will receive your attunement, develop sensitivity in your hands, and leave with a practice you can use immediately.
This is not about learning something foreign. It is about remembering what is already there.

Many students complete Level I for personal healing or to care for loved ones. If you intend to practice professionally, Level II is strongly recommended as your next step.

Level I is the prerequisite for Level II. After completing this training, you'll be eligible to enroll in the next Level II cohort.
