Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and personable Market Wellbeing Advisor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about holistic healing, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in dynamic market environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our brand, increasing product sales, and engaging with customers to share information about our healing therapies.

    • Set up and dismantle the market stall, ensuring a welcoming and attractive presentation.

    • Promote and sell our range of aromatherapy products to customers at farmers markets.

    • Actively engage with customers, providing detailed knowledge about product benefits, uses, and ingredients.

    • Discuss and inform potential clients about our other healing therapies and services.

    • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.

    • Maintain inventory records and report stock levels.

    • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the stall area.

    • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

    • Collaborate to plan promotional events and marketing strategies.

    • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably within the wellness or retail industry.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

    • Knowledge or interest in aromatherapy and holistic health is a plus.

    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    • Physically able to lift and carry market stall equipment and products.

    • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
