Sessions

A return to the art of being tended to.

At East Flora, bodywork is held within a larger practice of ritual, seasonal living, and attentive care. There is nothing you need to know before you arrive. You are simply invited to receive.

The Signature Session

One unhurried session, shaped around you.

There is no need to choose a modality in advance. We begin by listening, and the work draws from whichever approaches your body needs that day.

Within your session

The approaches woven into your care.

Sessions begin slowly, with tea and time to settle. From there, the work may draw from any of these, according to what your body is asking for.

Restorative Bodywork

For nervous system regulation, chronic tension, pain patterns, and deeper rest.

May include therapeutic bodywork, gentle range-of-motion stretching, cupping, warm and cool stones, fascial release, and red light therapy.

Abdominal Therapy

For digestion, women’s wellness, fertility, postpartum recovery, and reconnection with the abdomen and pelvis.

Rooted in the Arvigo tradition of Maya abdominal therapy.

Fertility, Pregnancy & Postpartum

Nurturing, specialized care for preconception, pregnancy, and the postpartum months.

Sessions may include abdominal therapy, craniosacral work, lymphatic care, bodywork, and Reiki, shaped around where you are.

Craniosacral, Reiki & Energetic Care

For emotional restoration, stress, overwhelm, and subtle holding patterns.

Drawing from craniosacral therapy, Reiki, meridian therapy, intuitive touch, breathwork, ritual, and earth-centered healing traditions, to support integration, reconnection, and a return to self.

Seasonal & Herbal Care

For circulation, transition, renewal, and connection with the rhythm of the seasons.

Sessions may incorporate lymphatic techniques, herbal preparations, teas, oils, and seasonal ritual.

  • "To anyone who has not experienced a healing session from Mochani, I’m here to tell you that this is one gifted soul. Her healing process created waves of energy within me and I felt amazing afterwards."

    Andrea

  • "Mochani is a unique kind of therapist. Her very presence exudes an incredibly peaceful energy in and of itself... I definitely feel more peaceful and relaxed after a session, but there are also physical things such as my ankles are much less swollen and the pain such as arthritis in various parts of my body is much better. These are changes that last long after the session."

    Betty Wade

  • "Mochani has a calming and confident presence with the ability to tune into the subtleties residing within my body. I felt grounded and held during our time. I received specific insights that made me feel she was deeply tuning in."

    Paige

  • "Mochani has a presence that immediately puts you at ease and into a place of receptivity. She helped create an intentional space that allowed me to be open, vulnerable and aware of my own healing needs. I left our session feeling subtle, and not so subtle, shifts. I felt empowered, light & centered."

Good to know

Before your visit.

Wear something comfortable and arrive unhurried. You’ll be welcomed with tea.

Your first visit  →
Which length should I book?

For a first visit, 90 minutes is recommended. It allows time to talk, settle, and let the work unfold. Returning clients often choose 120 minutes for deeper rest, or 45 to 60 minutes when time is short.

Can I request a specific treatment?

Of course. Simply mention it when you book, or let me know when you arrive. You can also book one of the dedicated treatments directly.

What should I wear, and how should I prepare?

Wear something comfortable and arrive a few minutes early if you can, so there’s time for tea and to settle. Try to eat lightly beforehand, especially if your session may include abdominal work.

Special considerations

If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or living with a chronic or complex condition, please let me know when you book. Sessions are always adapted with care, and work alongside, never in place of, your medical support.

LGBTQ+ welcome

East Flora is a safe and affirming space for people of every gender, sexuality, and body. You are welcome here exactly as you are.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to change your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged in full.

Corporate wellness

I offer on-site Reiki, guided meditation, and restorative sessions for workplaces and teams. Get in touch to talk about what would suit your group.
