Woven Into the Work
A session at East Flora is not built from separate modalities, but from an integrated way of listening.
Abdominal therapy, craniosacral work, lymphatic support, meridian-based touch, Ayurvedic therapies, stones, Reiki, stretching, and subtle ritual care may be woven together in response to the body’s needs.
Rather than selecting a modality in advance, sessions are guided by the body's needs and shaped by the restorative approaches below.
-
For nervous system regulation, chronic tension, pain patterns, and deeper rest.
May include therapeutic bodywork, stretching, cupping, warm stones, and fascial release techniques.
-
For digestion, women's wellness, fertility, postpartum recovery, and reconnection with the abdomen and pelvis.
Rooted in the Arvigo tradition and abdominal therapy practices.
-
For emotional restoration, stress, overwhelm, and subtle holding patterns.
Drawing from craniosacral therapy, Reiki, meridian therapy, intuitive touch, breathwork, ritual, and earth-centered healing traditions to support integration, reconnection, and a return to self.
-
For circulation, transition, renewal, and connection with seasonal rhythms.
Sessions may incorporate lymphatic techniques, herbal preparations, teas, oils, and seasonal rituals.
A Practice of Returning
At its heart, East Flora is less concerned with technique than relationship.
The work draws from many traditions, but what matters most is how they come together in service of the person on the table.
The hope is not that you leave understanding every influence woven into the work.
Only that you leave feeling listened to. And perhaps a little more at home within yourself.
